Stores that don't reward customers for bringing
their own recycled bags (thus saving the store the expense of providing
paper or plastic bags) are still numerous. There are likely many
reasons that these stores have their existing policies, but I expect and
intend for that to change! :)
Here is a list of the major national chains
(and their corporate phone numbers) of Grocery stores that
don't offer any rebate to customers who bring bags to checkout:
